Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Lagos, Nigeria.
  • The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, client/project acquisition, proposal submission and follow up.
  • The Business Development Executive will also be expected to collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, bids/tenders, ensure follow up, timely reporting and handover where necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the architectural, engineering, or multidisciplinary consultancy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field
  • Extensive experience preparing winning proposals, tenders and contracts for both small scale and large scale projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present value propositions to clients and also to engage with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, business development and client acquisition within the architecture and engineering consultancy industry.
