BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Microfinance)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to drive business growth, build strong relationships, and expand our market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network, a passion for client relationships, and a proven ability to deliver results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities to grow the loan portfolio and collections management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategies to increase market. penetration and brand awareness.
Lead and monitor portfolio performance to ensure quality growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
Prepare and present reports on business performance and growth initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a business development, sales or relationship management role in the financial services industry.
Proven experience in growing and managing loan or financial service portfolios.
Strong understanding of financial products, credit analysis and risk management.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets.
