Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive, creative, and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships, brand visibility, and client acquisition for a dynamic company similar to Glitter Girls Innovations.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business development, partnership management, brand collaborations, sales strategy, and relationship management, particularly within lifestyle, beauty, events, media, fashion, creative, women-focused, or experiential industries.
  • The Business Development Manager will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, securing partnerships and sponsorships, growing corporate and retail clientele, and positioning the company for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, sponsorships, and revenue channels.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Drive client acquisition across corporate, retail, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and creative sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches for prospective clients and sponsors.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

Partnerships & Brand Collaborations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, sponsors, vendors, influencers, and corporate partners.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic collaborations, co-branded campaigns, and experiential activations.
  • Secure sponsorships and partnership deals for company projects, events, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and industry engagements.
  • Build long-term partnerships that enhance brand visibility and business growth.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products, services, or partnership solutions.
  • Ensure excellent client experience and high customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on leads, proposals, negotiations, and client engagements.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide insights on customer behavior, industry developments, and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop growth-focused campaigns.
  • Support the development of innovative business ideas and expansion strategies.

Brand Visibility & Growth Initiatives:

  • Support initiatives that increase the company’s visibility and market presence.
  • Assist in developing promotional campaigns, networking opportunities, and partnership events.
  • Collaborate with social media and marketing teams on campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Contribute to the growth of the company’s community, audience, and strategic network.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, partnerships, sales activities, and client interactions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
  • Track KPIs including revenue growth, partnership acquisition, lead conversion, and client retention.
  • Provide recommendations to improve sales performance and business development strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Experience in lifestyle, beauty, events, fashion, media, creative, or women-focused industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and secure strategic partnerships.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and proposal development abilities.
  • Commercially minded with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
