  • The primary function of this role is to drive direct marketing efforts aimed at acquiring new clients.

  • Cold calling serves as a key strategy in initiating contact and securing engagement, with the objective of building meaningful relationships and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Qualifications, Experience, and Minimum Requirements:
  • The candidate is required to possess a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline, or demonstrate a clear intention to complete one.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and guiding a sales team will be considered advantageous.
  • Extensive Logistics industry-specific knowledge and/or sales experience is essential for effective performance in this role.
  • The candidate must possess a proven track record in client retention, lead generation, and business development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are required to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
