Contesto is looking for motivated and confident Business Development Representatives to join our growing team. This role focuses on speaking with care providers across the UK, introducing them to our services, and booking meetings for our senior team.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for creating opportunities with prospective clients by identifying organisations that could benefit from Contesto’s services. Your role is to start conversations, build initial interest, qualify opportunities, and arrange meetings for senior team members to take forward.
This is a high-activity role that involves engaging with decision-makers, generating interest in our services, and maintaining consistent outreach activity through multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to care providers across the UK

Introduce Contesto and explain our services professionally and clearly

Identify key decision-makers within organisations

Qualify potential opportunities and assess suitability

Arrange meetings for the senior team with interested organisations

Respond to inbound enquiries generated through marketing campaigns

Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients

Keep accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes within the CRM system

Manage ongoing follow-up activity to nurture opportunities

Track activity levels and performance against weekly and monthly targets

Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to support prospecting and outreach activities

Work closely with the senior team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities
