ActionAid Malawi invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Business Development Specialist.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Business Development Specialist will lead the development and implementation of fundraising strategies to grow income and support the achievement of the Country Strategy Paper objectives.
The role involves conducting market research, donor intelligence and scoping, identifying new funding opportunities, developing business models, and leading resource mobilisation initiatives with various funding agencies, including ActionAid affiliates, institutional donors and high-value donors.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance and effective grant management.
