Business Management & PMO Manager

Job Summary

• As the Business Management & PMO Manager, you will lead the Group Project Management Office PMO, drive strategic execution across business units, coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives, monitor business performance, and ensure the timely delivery of key projects through effective governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in strategy execution, PMO, management consulting, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline Master's degree is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Proven experience leading enterprise projects and coordinating cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent analytical and executive reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to drive execution across multiple business units.
• Experience leveraging AI productivity tools to enhance reporting and business performance is an added advantage.
