Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of the business.
- Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and business opportunities to inform decision-making.
Sales & Revenue Management
- Oversee the achievement of sales targets across all customer segments and channels retail, distribution, corporate.
- Monitor sales performance metrics region, channel, trending product, brand analysis and implement corrective actions to improve revenue performance.
- Support market development initiative and drive it to success, e.g. sales exhibition program.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key customers, OEM partners and distributors.
- Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction through proactive engagement. Resolve escalated customer issues and provide high-level support to the sales team.
Operational & Financial Oversight
- Ensure effective day-to-day operations of the subsidiary, including order fulfillment, stock movement, and reporting.
- Monitor financial performance: gross margin, cost control, and profitability of the business line.
