About the Cake Bakers & Decorators Jobs in Lusaka As part of our production team, you will play a key role in delivering rich, premium-quality cakes including birthday, celebration, and customized designs. Key Requirements Proven expertise in modern cake baking and professional decorating techniques. Advanced skills in fresh cream cake decoration: whipping, layering, smoothing, piping, and finishing with proper handling.

Proficiency in buttercream, ganache, fondant, and contemporary decorating methods. Ability to accurately reproduce cake designs and maintain consistent quality.

Strong understanding of cake recipes, fillings, flavors, and finishing techniques. Physical stamina and speed to thrive in a high-volume production setting.

Commitment to hygiene, food safety, and proper temperature control for fresh cream cakes. Team player mindset with the ability to meet production targets and deadlines.

Residency in Woodlands or nearby areas is required.

Remuneration and Benefits We offer a competitive, performance-based compensation package, including:

• Monthly base salary.
• Additional commission linked to the selling price of qualifying cakes.
• Monthly payment of base salary plus earned commission.
