About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic sales team. We are looking for someone who is driven, exceptional in communication and overall ready to become a leader.  

Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics and targets.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a sale or call centre environment. 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities. 
- Proficient in using basic computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1 -2 years' experience in a Call Center environment. 
- Matric/NQF Level 4.
- South African ID.
