This position reports to a Team Lead
Call Centre Agents are required to meet agreed SLA’s by assisting and retaining customers.
Skills Requirement:
- Must have completed Grade 12. A degree is an added advantage
- Multi linguistic is an added advantage.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Ability to articulate product/ service benefits effectively.
- Persuasiveness
- Adapting to changing sales strategies and market conditions.
