As Volunteer Manager – Career Development, you will play a vital role in driving initiatives that enhance career pathways for aspiring engineering professionals.
This volunteer role requires a commitment of 5 to 6 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. Key Responsibilities in Career Development Volunteer Jobs in Kitwe Coordinate and lead career development programs tailored to engineering students and young professionals.
Manage project timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met effectively. Engage with stakeholders to build strong partnerships and support networks.
Plan and facilitate events that promote professional growth and networking opportunities. Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation to track progress and outcomes.
Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of two years’ relevant experience. Project Management certification or qualification is advantageous.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and task assignments.
Strong report writing and documentation capabilities. Creative approach to programme management and execution.
Availability to commit 5–6 hours weekly with flexible scheduling. Professional Development and Experience Gained Leadership and team coordination skills.
Enhanced stakeholder engagement and networking expertise. Experience in event planning and facilitation.
Competence in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
