Job Summary

  • As the Cashier / Front Desk Officer, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling customer transactions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, manage appointments, and respond to customer inquiries professionally
  • Process customer payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records using POS systems
  • Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash, card, and electronic transactions
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in cashiering, front desk operations, customer service, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic accounting principles
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
