Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash, card, and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash balances.
- Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve payment-related concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Collaborate effectively with finance and other internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Ghana.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a Science/Technology- related field is preferred.
- Strong learning ability and willingness to adapt to new systems and processes.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic financial systems.
