Employment Information

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process cash, card, and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash balances.
  • Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve payment-related concerns.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
  • Collaborate effectively with finance and other internal departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Ghana.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a Science/Technology- related field is preferred.
  • Strong learning ability and willingness to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic financial systems.
