Kitchen Operations

• Formal education is required (minimum Senior High School, Diploma, or equivalent).
• Professional Culinary Certificate is highly desirable.
• Additional hospitality or culinary training is an added advantage. 

• Proven experience working as a Chef in a restaurant, hotel, hospitality establishment, or commercial kitchen. 
• Demonstrated ability to prepare both Ghanaian local and continental cuisines.
• Strong experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision. 

• Strong culinary and food preparation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of local and continental cuisine.
