Requirements
• Grade 12 Certificate (mandatory).
• Food Handler’s Certificate.
• Certificate in Food Production or a related qualification.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of food preparation, hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
• Good teamwork, communication and time-management skills.
