Job Requirements • Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a luxury lodge, hotel, or fine dining establishment. • Relevant culinary qualification. • Strong knowledge of classical and contemporary cooking techniques. • Previous pastry experience is preferred and will be viewed as a strong advantage. • Experience maintaining five-star food quality and presentation standards. • Sound understanding of HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and stock control procedures. • Ability to supervise, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff. • Excellent organisational and time management skills. • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced luxury lodge environment. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence. • Knowledge of dietary requirements, allergens, and guest preferences. • Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
