Employment Information

The right candidate shall be responsible for:

  • Menu planning, overseeing all the kitchen operations and manage kitchen inventory and train kitchen staff.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and checks the quality of ingredients .
  • Keeping a sanitize and orderly environment in the kitchen
  • Monitoring kitchen stock,place order,and take stock of ingredients and ensure the kitchen is stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Determining with his/her team,the planning and great presentation of dishes.
  • Proper set up of work station with all cooking equipment.
  • Supervising a steady flow of dishes and creating dishes to add to the menu
  • Ability to prepare both continental and local dishes ,with good knowledge of pastry,barbecue point and kill and other related dishes.
  • Candidate must reside in Lagos.Accommodation available for successful candidate.
