Great North Road Academy Group of Schools, located in Lusaka, Zambia, is currently recruiting for multiple full-time teaching jobs in Lusaka as well as internship opportunities. Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious, balanced meals including for learners with special dietary needs.
• Plan menus in collaboration with school administration.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and manage stock effectively.
• Ensure meals are served on schedule with high quality and presentation standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a chef or cook, preferably in a school or boarding facility.
• Relevant certificate or diploma in Food Production or Hospitality is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety, nutrition, and hygiene standards.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
