Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Masters degree in Business Administration MBA, Healthcare Management, Health Administration MHA, Healthcare Innovation MHI, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Relevant professional certification and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Minimum of fifteen 15 years management experience, with at least ten 10 years in senior leadership within a hospital setting.
- Prior experience in a mission hospital is highly desirable.
