• Expanding the customer portfolio and strengthening strategic client partnerships.  

• Driving operational excellence across complex warehouse management contracts.  

• Leveraging technology, data, and automation to improve productivity and customer outcomes.  

• Enhancing profitability, scalability, and long-term business value.  

• Building a leadership team capable of delivering sustainable growth. 

 
Job Experience and Skills Required: 

Experience Required 
The ideal candidate will have: 

• Experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Executive Director, or Business Unit Executive within industries such as:  

• Logistics  

• Warehousing  

• Supply Chain Services  

• Contract Logistics (3PL/4PL)  

• Industrial Services  

• Outsourced Operations  

• Workforce Solutions  

• Demonstrated success managing:  

• Large-scale operational environments  

• Multiple customer contracts  

• Significant workforce populations  

• Complex service delivery models  

• Full P&L responsibility 

Qualifications 

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline.  

• MBA or equivalent executive qualification would be advantageous.
