• The ideal candidate will provide executive leadership, oversee multi-country operations, optimize business performance, and identify new opportunities for expansion and innovation.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 8–10 years' leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management role within technology, software, fintech, or digital services.
• Proven experience managing multi-country operations and scaling businesses.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, operational management, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and people management skills.
