• Building management systems, IoT,smart building platforms, and PropTech innovation.
• Secure and effective and integrationbetween OT platforms and enterprise IT systems
• Data governance and security for facilitiesand building technology
• Security, resilience, andreliability of facilities and building systems technology.
• Improving client asset value and workplace experience through technology investments that deliver measurable business outcomes

• Bachelor's Degree inEngineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics)Information Technology / Computer Science or a related technical field
• Postgraduatequalification (e.g. MBA, Master's in Engineering, Technology Management,or Digital Transformation)
• 10 years senior leadershipexperience as Head of Technology, Engineering Lead, Digital TransformationLead or related
• Professionalregistration (e.g. ECSA or equivalent - advantageous)
• Certifications inrelevant areas such as:
• Cloud platforms (AWS,Azure, or equivalent)
• Cybersecurity (e.g.CISSP, CISM)
• Enterprise Architecture(e.g. TOGAF)
• Project/ProgrammeManagement (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
