Job Purpose

As our translator, you will turn written documents and spoken conversations from Chinese into clear, accurate English. You will play a vital role in our daily business, making sure our international teams understand each other perfectly.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Translate documents including business emails, reports, project plans, and official contracts from Chinese to English.
• Provide live interpretation during team meetings, phone calls, and video conferences.
• Proofread and edit translated texts to ensure they are free of errors and sound natural in English.
• Research technical terms specific to our industry to maintain high quality and precision.
• Act as a cultural bridge to help staff from different backgrounds cooperate effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive company information and trade secrets.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Native or near-native fluency in written English and spoken Chinese.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Chinese Language, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Certification: HSK 5/6 or official translation certifications are highly preferred.
• Industry Context: Experience working in the manufacturing or mining sector is a major plus.
