Chinese Translator

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Chinese Translatorto work as a production line assistant manager to support the daily operations of the tile production line. The successful candidate will assist the Factory Line Manager in supervising staff, coordinating production activities, handling translation tasks, and ensuring smooth and efficient factory operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Factory Line Manager in managing and supervising production line staff.
  • Coordinate daily production activities to achieve operational targets.
  • Translate and interpret between Chinese and English to facilitate effective communication.
  • Prepare and maintain production documents, records, and reports.
  • Support the implementation of production, quality, and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Factory Line Manager.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelors Degree in any field of study.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to operate basic computer software and office tools.

Warehouse Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Receive incoming goods and verify quantities against delivery notes, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Inspect goods for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Record all incoming and outgoing stock accurately in the inventory system or stock records.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare goods for dispatch.
  • Issue materials and products to authorized departments or customers.
  • Maintain accurate stock counts and assist with regular physical inventory checks.
  • Organize and store goods in designated warehouse locations.
  • Ensure proper identification and labeling of stock.
  • Prepare delivery notes, goods received notes, stock issue forms, FIFO AND LIFO and other warehouse documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels and report low, damaged, expired, or obsolete items.


Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field of study

* 1–2 years of experience working as a Warehouse Clerk or Inventory Clerk,

* Working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.

* Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

* Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

* High attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills
