Mobile Phones Sales Manager Position in Lusaka The Mobile Phones Sales Manager will lead the sales team to achieve ambitious targets, manage inventory, and ensure outstanding customer service and profitability for the mobile phone business.

Primary Responsibilities for Mobile Phones Sales Manager Business Growth:

• Develop and implement annual business plans, identify new market opportunities, expand operations into new districts, and monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Sales Management:

• Lead sales operations, set and monitor sales targets, coordinate promotional campaigns, and enhance customer acquisition efficiency.

Dealer Network Management:

• Identify and recruit dealer partners, manage onboarding and orientation, ensure contract compliance, and monitor dealer performance.

Credit Operations:

• Enforce credit policies, identify high-risk trends, support fraud investigations, and ensure KYC compliance.

Collections Coordination:

• Oversee collection activities, improve repayment performance, coordinate field collections, and monitor collection agency effectiveness.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, conduct operational audits, maintain regulatory compliance including AML/KYC, and recommend corrective actions.

Inventory and Device Management:
