Step into a high-impact position where your attention to detail and time management skills will take centre stage. As a Personal Lines Claims Administrator, you’ll guide insurance claims from start to finish—ensuring accuracy, empathy, and efficiency every step of the way.

  • Manage and process personal lines insurance claims from initiation through to completion
  • Liaise with policyholders, assessors, and service providers to collect all relevant documentation
  • Ensure all claims are handled in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and brokers
  • Keep systems updated with accurate and timely claim records
