Job Description

• Distinct Star School is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, and other school facilities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas.
• Empty waste bins and ensure proper disposal of trash.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and restroom consumables as needed.
• Clean windows, doors, furniture, and other surfaces.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up school events when required.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 - 3 years experience.
• Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
