A company in the hospitality and food services industry is seeking a Client Liaison Officer to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for business growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team, conduct client reviews, manage customer concerns, and support overall service excellence.
Requirements:- Grade 12 / Matric
- Relevant experience in marketing, catering, hospitality, or the food industry
- Contract catering experience advantageous
- Food-related qualification advantageous
- Hotel or restaurant industry experience preferred
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Ability to conduct customer satisfaction reviews and surveys
- Proactive and customer-focused approach
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and support business development
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport essential
