Requirements

  • Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory)

  • Previous experience in Forex, CFD, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Telesales, or Customer Retention is an advantage

  • Any other Indian Regional language is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong relationship-building abilities

  • Comfortable working with monthly KPIs and performance targets

  • Computer literate and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients

  • Understand client requirements and provide professional support

  • Encourage client engagement and account activity

  • Follow up with existing customers through calls and emails

  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure excellent client service

  • Achieve individual and team performance targets
