Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell the company’s clothing products to retail and wholesale customers.

* Assist customers in selecting suitable products and provide excellent customer service.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities.

* Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

* Arrange product displays and ensure the store is clean, attractive, and well-organized.

* Monitor stock levels and report fast-moving or low-stock items.

* Process customer orders and payments accurately.

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

* Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the Store Manager.

* Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

* Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE), Diploma, or higher.

* At least 1 year of sales experience in clothing, fashion, retail, or FMCG is preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented.

* Ability to achieve sales targets.

* Honest, reliable, and well-groomed.

* Basic computer skills are an added advantage.
