We're looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer to support the design, delivery, and ongoing operation of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across our Azure and AWS environments.

In this role, you'll combine strong hands-on engineering capability with automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native best practices to deliver reliable, compliant, and repeatable platforms. You'll work closely with development, infrastructure, security, and risk teams, playing a key role in Healix's cloud adoption and platform modernisation initiatives.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building robust platforms, improving automation, and mentoring others while keeping security and resilience front of mind.

  • Experience modernising services using a cloud-first approach, leveraging native Azure or AWS capabilities

  • Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and database platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability

Tools & technologies
  • Experience with tools such as: Docker, Kubernetes, PowerShell, Python, GitHub/GitLab, ArgoCD, Octopus Deploy, Terraform, Azure/AWS PaaS, Windows Server, Linux, New Relic, Cloudflare, HashiCorp tools, Zerto, VMware, Dell EMC storage

Key skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills when working with internal teams, vendors, and partners
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to agreed timelines

Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • IaC and/or containerisation accreditation
  • Azure and/or AWS administration certification

We also value accountability, collaboration, communication, problem solving, and resilience in everything we do.
Why join Healix?

You'll join a global organisation where cloud engineering is central to our technology strategy. We invest in modern tooling, continuous improvement, and professional development, supporting training and certifications as part of your ongoing growth.

If you're passionate about building secure, automated, and scalable cloud platforms-and want to make a meaningful impact-we'd love to hear from you.
