Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must hold a relevant technical qualification, trade certificate, or demonstrate equivalent practical experience in machining, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering.
Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience operating CNC machinery within a manufacturing or production environment.
Must have proven experience in CNC programming, setup, and machine operation.
Must have experience working safely with industrial machinery and adhering to workplace health and safety standards.
Must be proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, engineering specifications, and work instructions.
Must possess strong quality control and inspection skills, including the use of precision measuring instruments and the ability to verify components against specified tolerances.
Must be capable of accurately completing production and quality documentation.
Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Must be able to work shifts, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
