We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision components in line with engineering specifications and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or other equipment).
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of tooling, machining processes, and measurement instruments.
Basic computer skills for machine programming and reporting.
Team player with good communication skills.
