Our client has an opportunity for a Commercial Specialist based in Centurion.
Requirements:
- BComm in Finance or a similar qualification.
- Matric
- Code B driver’s license.
- Experience in Facilities or Property Management would be advantageous.
- Numerical abilities.
KPAs:
- Financial Modelling Costing.
- Convert large RFQ’s into figures through Excel.
- Effective tracking on all Soft and workplace related requests or calls.
- Work through large contracts.
- Break down complex costing for proposals while maintaining and understanding of commercial needs of the business.
- Reporting on all commercial matrixes including revenues, margins and annual projections.
