Job Summary

  • The role ensures the Board, management, and operations adhere to applicable Nigerian and ECOWAS regulatory frameworks, & that all statutory obligations are met with precision.

Requirements

  • Degree in Law & Associate or Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria ICSAN — ACIS or FCIS.
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a company secretarial or corporate governance role.
  • Deep working knowledge of CAMA 2020, CAC filing requirements, and Nigerian corporate law.
  • Proven experience handling KYC and corporate documentation for banking and institutional engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to support Board operations across a fast-paced, multi-entity business environment.
  • Strong drafting skills for Board papers, resolutions, agreements, and regulatory correspondence.
