Their primary role is to protect the organization from legal and regulatory risks while ensuring ethical business practices. Skills Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs within financial services. Experience working in an FSP, bank, or asset management firm is preferred. Strong knowledge of FSCA regulations, FAIS Act, FIC Act, and AML laws. Familiarity with compliance software and reporting tools. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. High level of confidentiality and ethical judgment. Ability to work under pressure and meet regulatory deadlines. Excellent communication and training skills.
