Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and implement compliance policies, processes, and operational mechanisms.
• Integrate compliance requirements into ICT business operations, including sales, project delivery, procurement, and government relations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks while supporting sustainable business growth.
• Strengthen and maintain the organization's compliance accountability framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in compliance, legal, contract & commercial, quality operations, or business management.
• Understanding of ICT business operations and telecommunications infrastructure is an advantage.
• Experience in multinational companies, the telecommunications industry, or large Nigerian enterprises is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
