Construction Site Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• • Must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years experience as a Construction Site Manager in the Construction Industry

• • National Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Civil Engineering or a related field | Relevant Tertiary Education required

• • Strong knowledge of SANS Building Regulations, NHBRC Technical Requirements, JBCC Building Contracts, Occupational Health & Safety Act, Construction Regulations, construction quality standards, and the interpretation of architectural, structural, civil, electrical and plumbing drawings will be beneficial

• • Valid Driver's License and own Transport required

• • Contactable references and payslips required

• • Basic Salary negotiable based on experience
