Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn to showcase properties, luxury lifestyle, and brand story. Daily tasks include filming and photographing properties, writing captions, editing short videos and images, scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and design teams to align content with campaigns, property launches, and brand guidelines. The Social Media Content Creator will monitor performance metrics, analyze audience engagement, and suggest new content formats, trends, and strategies to increase reach, leads, and brand awareness.
