Our client has an opportunity available for a Contract Commercial Coordinator based in Durban.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification N3 – N6 in Engineering, Project Management or Operations Management.
  • Matric
  • South African driver’s license.
  • 2+ years relevant experience in maintenance planning, project management and knowledge of Financial Management principles.
  • Technical core training.
  • Maintenance Planning and Project Management skills.
  • Knowledge of OHS Act and ISO 9001 Quality Management systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Preventative Maintenance schedules in accordance to the SLA for all equipment and services.
  • Create Purchase Requisitions on correct expense codes and ensure accuracy against the quotation.
  • Manage all incoming requests and complaints daily and provide feedback in ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct monthly verification of WP and report on variances.
  • Planning for placement of employees, contractors and efficient utilization of materials and tools.
