Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily KItchen operations
- Do the proper mise en place, ensure work station is clean at all times
- Adhere to hygiene procedures in Kitchen
- Cook meals as per guidance from Senior Chef
Experience:
- SC or equivalent
- NC3 Food Production from Hotel School
- Valid Food Handler Certificate
- A clean certificate of character
- Ready to work odd hours / Sunday / Public Holiday
