Travel to customer sites as a Cloud Core Delivery Engineer (TE/TL/TD/SA) to deliver cloud core projects both onsite and remotely.
Perform end-to-end project delivery for Cloud Core solutions, including network design, installation, deployment, integration, commissioning, cutover, software upgrades, system expansion, and migration activities.
Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating technical risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Support pre-sales activities by providing technical input for service contracts, solution design, and project planning.
Develop and implement technical solutions while managing technical changes, system optimization, and major technical assurance activities.
Deliver customer training, knowledge transfer, and technical mentoring to internal engineers and local teams.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
