Background

Purpose of the Job

To develop and deliver corporate banking products that drive business growth and profitability for target corporate customers.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a strong foundation in product management, business analysis, marketing principles, customer relationship management, and financial services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop corporate banking products that meet the needs of target corporate customers and align with the Bank's strategic objectives.
• Develop competitive and profitable product propositions that enhance customer value and support business growth.
• Promote and market corporate banking products to target customers to drive product uptake, sales, and revenue growth.
• Manage and maintain the corporate banking product portfolio to ensure profitability, competitiveness, and alignment with customer needs.
• Conduct market research and analyse customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify product development opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end product life cycle, including product development, launch, enhancement, review, and retirement, ensuring products remain relevant and compliant.
