We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to serve as a Council Liaison Runner. The primary responsibility of this role is to act as a liaison between council and various departments within our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating communication between council members and department staff
- Attend council meetings and take detailed notes on discussions and decisions made
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with council members to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Coordinate with various departments within our organization to gather information and reports for council members
- Assist in the preparation of materials and presentations for council meetings
- Provide administrative support to council members as needed

Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a government or municipal setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs

This is a full time position and is based in Centurion. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the important work of our council members.
