Employment Information
An established commercial enterprise is hiring goal-oriented Counter Sales Representatives to deliver exceptional service, manage point-of-sale operations, and drive revenue across regional branch locations.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Assisting walk-in clients directly with product inquiries and purchasing recommendations.
• Generating formal price quotations, issuing sales receipts, and managing payment transactions.
• Working towards and consistently meeting monthly branch sales quotas and performance targets.
• Arranging retail displays, organizing point-of-sale areas, and ensuring store cleanliness.
• Resolving customer inquiries, managing product returns, and delivering post-purchase assistance.
• Monitoring inventory counts, supporting stock audits, and receiving supplier deliveries.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies, Business Management, or IMM qualification.
• 1 to 2 years of practical counter sales experience (prior knowledge of motor spares is strongly preferred).
• Age requirement: Between 23 and 30 years.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiar with point-of-sale transaction software.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of meeting commercial targets.
• Reliable, ethical, and customer-focused work ethic.
