About the Internship – Credit Quality Assurance Internship Jobs in Lusaka As an Intern reporting directly to the Designated Supervisor and Quality Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of loan application documentation.
Your primary responsibility will be to perform quality control checks (QC1) on loan applications submitted by Front Office staff, helping to maintain high standards throughout the loan approval process. Key Responsibilities Validate and authenticate loan application documents received from the Front Office.
Verify completeness and accuracy of submitted loan documentation. Ensure timely and quality-assured forwarding of validated documents to subsequent stages.
Communicate promptly any corrective actions required for invalid documentation. Consolidate and distribute departmental and operational reports within deadlines.
Conduct sensitivity analyses to provide credit-related insights when necessary. Report any suspicious or fraudulent activities in compliance with the company’s Fraud Prevention Procedures.
Qualifications and Skills Required Grade 12 Certificate with at least five (5) O-Level credits including Mathematics and English. Possession of a degree, preferably in Business Administration, Banking, Social Sciences, or related business fields.
Strong numerical, analytical, and accounting capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive problem-solving ability and high attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
