Our client in the Telecoms Industry is looking to hire a CRM Administrator.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Managing the quote process as well as flow of quotes in the office and between the salespeople
• Tracking the quotes
• Updating customers on the quotes
• Updating customer on ETA's and deliveries
• Completing SBD documents for quotes
• Update internal sales systems
• ADHOC admin tasks
Requirements
• Senior Certificate (essential)
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a similar role
• Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate Level or higher - Excel important (Formulas, V Lookup, Pivots, Access, Office, Outlook)
• Access experience
• Strong interpersonal skills (with clients, suppliers, and team members), good relationship building characteristics
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Accurate and attention to detail
• Able to multi-task
• Organised
• Honest and reliable
• Punctual
• Perform well under pressure
• African Language preferable
• Well presentable
