Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with product information and order placement.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues on time.
- Collect and report customer feedback and complaints.
- Support e-commerce after-sales service activities.
- Maintain product knowledge and complete assigned tasks.
Requirements
- No gender limitation.
- College diploma/degree or higher.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or pre-sales experience.
- Familiarity with e-commerce after-sales support processes.
- Customer-focused, reliable, and highly stable.
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- American accent and fluency in it is key.
