Customer Relationship Management Manager

Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, with some opportunities for remote work, for a Customer Relationship Management CRM Manager. We're looking for a highly skilled Technical CRM Manager to drive CRM automation, player retention, and personalized lifecycle campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Build and optimize automated customer journeys.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, and In-App Messaging.
• Develop player segmentation and retention strategies.
• Analyze CRM performance and optimize key metrics such as engagement, retention, churn, and LTV.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance player experience and business growth.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
• Experience in sportsbook, iGaming, fintech, or related industries.
• Hands-on expertise with platforms such as Fast Track CRM, Optimove, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
• Strong analytical, automation, and problem-solving skills.
• SQL knowledge is an advantage.
